How do clients receive their login account information?CaseProgression automatically looks for new client files that are exported from Needles® Case Management. When a new client data file is found, CaseProgression creates a login account and emails the client with their user name and an activation code. Passwords are never sent over email. Clients are able to use their username and activation code to access the system for the first time and create a password for their account.
What information is needed for clients to use our firm’s CaseProgression site?Clients must have a valid email address stored under their contact information in Needles® Case Management. CaseProgression will automatically email clients with their access information.
Is CaseProgression secure?CaseProgression uses the latest security technology available. This includes using secure ssl connections to the web application. These connections use 128-bit encryption, just like online banking systems.
