Law firm admistrators can easily manage their client's in Case Progression. Case Progression allows for quick client searches and then you can enable/disable accounts, reset passwords, view account usage history, or upload documents to your client.
Customized for your firm
During the initial setup of Case Progression, your firm will be given a unique website address that will be customized to include your firm's logo and your choice of 7 different theme color options.
Send Email Newsletters
Using Case Progression you can send email newsletters to your clients. You can send an email to all of your clients, to a single case type or to individual clients. This could be used to send out new marketing campaignes or to help manage mass tort cases.
Monitor Usage
Case Progression keeps track of client usage of the system. You will be able to know how effective the system is working for you by how many of your clients are using it on a regular basis.

Connecting multiple Needles® export files to one account could be used to allow a parent to view the cases of every member of their family without having to login to each family member's individual account.
